Happy Clients

I would have no hesitation in recommending Lily for reflexology, as Lily made me feel relaxed and at ease, she is highly professional and identified other problems that I have during the reflexology, which she gave me feedback on, after my treatment. It greatly reduced my anxiety and insomnia.

I had house visits for six sessions which were fantastic. Lily focused on my back pain and painful menstrual cycle. I would highly recommend Lilys reflexology service.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is reflexology?

A natural, holistic approach to manage stress and anxiety. This ancient healing technique focuses on applying pressure to specific points on the feet or hands that correspond to different organs and systems in the body. By stimulating these reflex points, reflexology helps to restore balance and promote relaxation throughout the body. It is a non-invasive therapy with no side effects, making it a safe and effective option for those looking to alleviate stress and anxiety. Not only does reflexology provide immediate relief, but it also offers long-term benefits by improving circulation, boosting the immune system, and enhancing overall well-being. So, why choose reflexology? Because it offers a natural, drug-free solution that can help you find peace and tranquility in today’s fast-paced world. Give reflexology a try and experience the profound effects it can have on your stress and anxiety levels.

How long does it take to work?

The effects of reflexology are unique to the individual. While some will experience a sense of relaxation and well-being, others find it to be quite energizing. Your body’s response to the treatment could be instantaneous, however, most people usually notice the full benefits after 4-6 sessions.
