Lily Reflexology

Sleep better, feel younger.

I help women sleep better and feel 20 years younger, despite their everyday stress, through Therapeutic Reflexology

Rejuvenating, deep sleep

Getting enough sleep is not just important for your physical health, but it also plays a crucial role in keeping you feeling younger. When you sleep, your body goes into repair mode, repairing any damage done during the day and rejuvenating your cells. In fact, studies have shown that lack of sleep can lead to accelerated aging, as it affects the production of collagen, a protein that keeps your skin firm and elastic. Getting a good night’s sleep can improve your mood, increase energy levels, and enhance overall well-being. So, if you want to look and feel younger, make sure to prioritise sleep and give your body the rest it needs to stay youthful and vibrant.

What to expect!

Initial Consultation

After booking an appointment you will receive a short consultation questionnaire, this allows me to prepare your stress relief treatment plan before you arrive.

Provide Therapy

You will be asked to lie down in a comfortable treatment chair. I will then apply gentle pressure and massage techniques to specific points on your feet.

Follow Up

It is beneficial to rest afterwards to allow your body to heal and rejuvenate. We can discuss follow-up sessions to address specific concerns and maintain overall well-being.

Sleep Reflexology

Why Choose Reflexology

Sleep reflexology is a highly effective technique that can help activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for promoting relaxation and reducing stress levels in the body. By applying gentle pressure and stimulating specific reflex points on the feet, sleep reflexology can help induce a deep state of relaxation, allowing individuals to fall asleep more easily and experience more restful sleep throughout the night. This holistic approach to sleep improvement works by promoting the body’s natural healing mechanisms and restoring balance to the nervous system. With regular treatment, sleep reflexology can also help alleviate symptoms of anxiety and insomnia, allowing individuals to wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Give it a try and experience the transformative power of activating your parasympathetic nervous system through this gentle and relaxing technique.

Happy Clients

I would have no hesitation in recommending Lily for reflexology, as Lily made me feel relaxed and at ease, she is highly professional and identified other problems that I have during the reflexology, which she gave me feedback on, after my treatment. It greatly reduced my anxiety and insomnia.
