Reflexology for stress and anxiety

When your head just won’t stop.

When you’re carrying too much, even resting can feel difficult. Your appointment is a chance to put everything down for a while—without needing to explain, perform or hold it all together.

Perhaps you’ve forgotten what properly relaxed feels like.

Stress rarely stays neatly inside your head. It can affect how you sleep, how your body feels and how easily you can switch off.

Your mind stays busy

You feel exhausted, but your thoughts keep running when you finally get into bed.

You’re running on empty

You keep going for everyone else while your own energy and patience become harder to find.

Your body feels tense

Raised shoulders, a tight jaw or a sense that your whole body is permanently braced.

You never feel fully present

There’s always another task, worry or conversation competing for your attention.

A quieter hour can change the shape of your day.

Reflexology does not ask you to do anything. You can settle back, close your eyes and let the rest of the world wait.

01

Space to slow down

A peaceful appointment away from your usual demands, notifications and responsibilities.

02

Deep physical relaxation

Gentle, precise pressure across the feet while you rest comfortably and allow tension to soften.

03

Time that belongs to you

No forced conversation and nothing expected of you. Sleeping through part of your treatment is welcome.

Reflexology is a complementary wellbeing treatment and does not diagnose, treat or replace medical care.

Quiet is always an option

You don’t have to arrive feeling calm.

I’ll welcome you as you are. You’ll have time to get comfortable and mention anything that may help shape your treatment.

Once you’re settled, you can chat, enjoy the quiet or close your eyes completely. I’ll follow your lead.

See What Happens
“There is no right way to relax. Some clients chat, some enjoy the quiet and some fall asleep. Your appointment will follow your lead.”

Do I need to talk about what is making me anxious?

No. You can share as much or as little as you wish. The initial conversation helps me understand how you are feeling, but this is not talking therapy and you will never be pressed to disclose anything.

What if I cannot switch my thoughts off?

That is completely normal. You do not need to make yourself relax or achieve a particular state. Simply getting comfortable and allowing yourself to pause is enough.

Can reflexology treat an anxiety disorder?

Reflexology is a complementary wellbeing treatment, not a replacement for medical care or psychological support. Many people choose it as protected time for rest and relaxation alongside appropriate care.

Is it all right if I fall asleep?

Absolutely. Many clients drift off during their appointment. I’ll continue quietly and gently wake you when the treatment has finished.
