Personal to you
Pressure and pace are adjusted around your comfort and what feels right on the day.
Reflexology uses gentle, precise pressure across the feet. For many clients, its greatest value is simple: protected time to become still, settle comfortably and let the rest of the day wait.
Reflexology is a complementary wellbeing treatment based around specific areas of the feet.
You remain fully clothed apart from shoes and socks, resting comfortably while I work with gentle, careful pressure. Every treatment is adapted to your comfort and how you are feeling that day.

You can talk, enjoy the quiet, close your eyes or drift off completely.
A wellbeing treatment designed to accompany—not replace—appropriate healthcare.
I use my fingers and thumbs to work carefully across different areas of each foot. Reflexology should not feel like an endurance test; pressure can always be adjusted.
Some areas may feel more noticeable than others, but you are always in control of your treatment.
There is no need to make conversation, empty your mind or concentrate on relaxing. You can simply settle back and allow the appointment to unfold.

There is no performance required and no particular state you need to achieve.
A short conversation helps me understand how you are feeling and anything relevant to your comfort.
Remove shoes and socks, get comfortable and choose whether you would like to chat or rest quietly.
I work gently across both feet while you take the time entirely at your own pace.

Only shoes and socks are removed for foot reflexology.
There is no expectation to keep a conversation going.

It should not be painfully uncomfortable. Some areas can feel more noticeable, but I adjust the pressure whenever needed.
