Your appointment
Wear comfortable clothing. You remain clothed and only remove your shoes and socks.
It should not be painfully uncomfortable. Pressure can be adjusted at any time.
Reflexology uses purposeful pressure rather than very light touch. Tell me and I’ll adapt accordingly.
No. After the initial conversation, you are welcome to close your eyes and enjoy the quiet.
Absolutely. Many clients drift off and I’ll gently let you know when the treatment has finished.
